If you decide to go ahead, we can then negotiate the purchase – keeping you informed. We can organise building and pest inspections, and searches of Council zonings and regulations. If it's an auction, we can bid on your behalf. As licensed agents we can liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, valuers, and of course, the vendor's agent.

BUYERS FIRST can also assist post-purchase services including re-location, interior design and refurbishment.
