Margaret Sullivan
Director and Licensee in Charge of BUYERS FIRST, Licensed Real Estate Agent, full member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW.
With a degree in Social Psychology, Certification as a Trainer, and study towards a Masters in Arts Management, Margaret’s professional life has ranged across many industries. Backed by decades of success in business and senior management, and 25 years buying and renovating her own properties, Margaret formalized her passion for design and investment by starting Sullivan Style 2002. Through her styling company Margaret worked closely with real estate agents and home owners, styling and presenting properties to the market for Sale.
Working in the real estate industry Margaret soon realized that Australian property buyers are poorly represented in real estate transactions. Never daunted a challenge, in 2005 Margaret and her business partner established a Buyers Agency, BUYERS FIRST.
Margaret’s "eye for the detail", experience of working with artists and designers and psychology practise, has enabled her to develop a special talent for matching the right property to the right buyer – as she likes to say, in an 'exact fit'.
By bringing her experience and skills to the Sydney property market through BUYERS FIRST, Margaret delivers better deals, better properties and better process for her clients.
